These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of Callie’s Free Printables™ digital products, including The Plug-In Marketing Suite™. By purchasing or using a product, you agree to these terms.
Digital Products
Products may include downloadable files, workbooks, templates, guides, prompts, workflows, access instructions, or other digital materials. Product contents may be updated or improved over time. Any material change to what a customer already purchased will be handled in a way consistent with the terms presented at the time of purchase and applicable law.
Business and Marketing Results
We do not guarantee sales, revenue, profitability, audience growth, search rankings, platform reach, conversion rates, or any other specific business outcome. Examples, strategies, prompts, frameworks, and recommendations are provided to help you organize, think, create, test, and make decisions; results depend on many factors outside our control.
AI-Assisted Workflows
Some products are designed to be used with artificial intelligence tools. AI outputs can contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or unsuitable recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or publishing them. Consequential business decisions, claims, prices, promotions, guarantees, legal statements, and permanent business changes remain your responsibility.

Intellectual Property and Use

You may not resell, redistribute, republish, sublicense, or make the product files available as a stand-alone product for others unless you have written permission or a separate license that expressly allows it.

The Plug-In Marketing Suite™ may reference or work alongside services such as AI tools, design platforms, ecommerce platforms, email providers, analytics tools, or other third-party services. These companies are independent of Callie’s Free Printables™. They may change their features, pricing, availability, terms, or policies at any time. Any third-party costs are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed at checkout are the prices charged for the purchase, subject to applicable taxes or fees. Promotional pricing, if offered, applies only according to the terms shown at the time of purchase.
Refunds
Digital-product purchases are subject to the Refund Policy presented with the store. Where applicable law provides rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain in effect.
Educational and Informational Nature
Our business, marketing, AI, and educational materials are provided for informational and implementation purposes. They are not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
Availability and Changes
