Callie’s Free Printables™ sells digital products and digital access. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final once access or delivery has been provided.

All Sales Final

All sales of The Plug-In Marketing Suite™ and other digital products are final, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Delivery or Access Problems

If you do not receive the files, links, or access instructions associated with your purchase, or if the delivered materials are technically inaccessible, contact us so we can help resolve the issue. A delivery problem does not automatically create a refund right, but we will work in good faith to provide the product you purchased.

Third-Party Tools and Services

Some workflows may reference or work alongside third-party tools or services. Those third parties may charge separate fees or subscriptions and maintain their own refund and cancellation policies. Their fees are not included in your purchase from Callie’s Free Printables™ unless expressly stated.

No Guaranteed Business Results

Digital products, templates, educational materials, AI workflows, and marketing systems do not guarantee sales, revenue, audience growth, search rankings, platform performance, or other business outcomes.
